Our Residential Cleaning services are designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, whether you need a one-time deep clean, regular upkeep, or something in between. We offer flexible scheduling options, including One-Time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly cleanings. Each service can be tailored to be either a Standard Clean, focusing on the essentials like dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces, or a Deep Clean, which targets those often overlooked areas like baseboards, light fixtures, and behind appliances. Our goal is to keep your home in pristine condition, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting living space.
Below is a checklist of what is offered in this service.
Standard Clean: Kitchen
- Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash
- Wipe down and polish exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Clean stovetop and range hood
- Wipe down cabinet exteriors
- Clean and sanitize sink and faucets
- Dust baseboards
- Empty trash and replace liner
- Sweep and mop floors
Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize countertops and sinks
- Clean and disinfect toilets
- Clean mirrors
- Wipe down cabinet exteriors
- Clean and scrub shower/tub
- Clean shower doors/tracks or shower curtains
- Dust baseboards
- Empty trash and replace liner
- Sweep and mop floors
Living Areas
- Dust all surfaces, including furniture and décor
- Dust and clean all electronics (TVs, remote controls)
- Clean and sanitize light switches and door handles
- Dust baseboards
- Empty trash and replace liner
- Sweep, vacuum, and/or mop floors
Bedrooms
- Dust all surfaces, including furniture and décor
- Make beds (change linens if requested)
- Dust baseboards
- Vacuum or sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize light switches and door handles
- Empty trash and replace liner
Addittional Task
We understand that every space is unique. If there are specific tasks you'd like included in your cleaning plan to better suit your needs, simply let us know, and we'll adjust our services accordingly at no extra cost. We're happy to customize our approach to ensure your space is cleaned exactly how you want it. As long as the adjustments are within a similar scope, we're flexible to make it work for you.
Deep Clean : Kitchen
- Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash
- Clean exterior and interior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- Clean stovetop, including burners and knobs
- Clean range hood, including filters
- Wipe down and clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
- Clean and sanitize sink and faucets, including the drain
- Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Wash baseboards and trim
- Clean window sills and tracks
- Sweep and mop floors, including under appliances
- Clean inside of the trash can
Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize countertops and sinks
- Clean and disinfect toilets, including base and behind
- Clean mirrors and light fixtures
- Wipe down and clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
- Clean and scrub shower/tub, including tiles and grout
- Clean shower doors/tracks or shower curtains
- Clean and polish faucets and showerheads
- Wash baseboards and trim
- Clean window sills and tracks
- Sweep and mop floors, including corners and edges
- Clean inside of the trash can
Living Areas
- Dust and clean all electronics (TVs, remote controls)
- Vacuum upholstery (sofas, chairs)
- Clean and sanitize light switches, door handles, and remote controls
- Empty trash and replace liner
- Sweep, vacuum, and/or mop floors, including under furniture
- Wash baseboards and trim
- Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Clean window sills and tracks
- Spot clean walls and remove cobwebs
- Clean vents and air returns
Bedrooms
- Dust all surfaces, including furniture and décor
